We take a modular approach to all our programmes, with our "Leader of Self" experience sitting at the core as the starting point for you to create the development journey you want. By working with leaders to understand who they truly are, we can then build content, understanding, and change in an authentic way that's unique to each individual.
Our core leadership development experience and the first module that all programmes are built around. We take the time through creating a safe and trusting space to understand who we truly are as leaders. Once we have this insight it allows us to understand why we experience the world we do and helps to make informed decisions of change to improve our leadership. We spend time on authenticity, accountability, confidence, belief, values, vision and connection.
A critical path for leaders is to move from being an individual contributor to delivering through a team. The transition between the two can be a fundamental shift in high performance. We need leaders that understand where focus is needed to create spaces where performance can flourish. During our time together we put the spotlight on team dynamics, behaviour profiling, support & challenge, courageous conversations and empowerment.
There are moments that require leaders to show up and have the biggest impact they possibly can. What is it that allows some people to walk into a room and confidently hold a space of focus and meaning? We work to explore how through awareness and technique we can project ourselves in the best way possible. We look at physiology, creating emotional connection, story telling, bringing feeling to words and all with lots of space to gain feedback through practice.
It is unlikely that most leadership job descriptions won't have coaching listed somewhere as a key part of their role. We know coaching is about allowing space and empowering others to create their own decisions, but we can often get in the way of that through our own need to give advice or maybe we believe that the environment we operate in doesn't give space to coach. We put focus on gaining clarity on exactly what coaching is, developing a coaching mindset, humanising coaching conversations and coaching to target performance and development.
There has never been more focus on the topic of inclusion both in what we see in the media as well as the expectations for the environments we want to be in. Inclusive leadership isn't just about how we treat others, it is really about how curious we are about the experience others are having. We look beyond the strategic focus and take this to a very human level. The leader has a key role in creating spaces of connection and belonging. We explore identity, bias, perspective, safety, having the uncomfortable conversation, allyship and demonstrable action.
Navigating a career, there may be a time when the expectation of being a 'leader in the business' shifts to becoming a 'leader of the business'. Different perspectives and considerations are needed often by looking outside of the immediate focus of the role. We encourage leaders to take an 'eyes up' outlook by raising awareness of assumptions, strategic thinking, becoming transformational leaders and being comfortable to lead towards future, ambiguous environments. We invite professional actors to support in an immersive full day activity, giving leaders an opportunity to apply all they have learnt through a programme.
Knowing how busy leaders tend to be, group coaching allows groups the time and space to come back together to review post workshop actions and work to embed learnings even further. Individual challenges can be brought to the sessions and the group can then support and challenge each other towards action.
Coupling a programme with 1:1 coaching allows leaders to have a unique, personalised and outcome focused resource to take the likelihood of change even further. Time is spent in a. high trust environment with our coaches so that targeted objectives can then be worked on together to create the most amount of value from our programmes.
